In this section of aromas that cure, we find the alcohol that comes from the action of the yeasts that ferment the grape must and transform its sugars into alcohol, so alcohol is an aroma that is found in all wines, being fermentative we would classify it as a primary aroma.

Regarding manzanilla, it is an exceptional case, since an aroma gives its name to a wine, the sherry wine from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, known as manzanilla, has its origin in the memory of the manzanilla fragrance it has.

Peppermint and mint are aromas that belong to the balsamic family detailed in kitchen locution 3.

Traditionally, medicinal plants served as remedies to alleviate symptoms or treat illnesses, with mixed results. Due to their pharmacological activity, they acted directly on the organism, producing significant changes in its functioning. In this sense, these plants were strictly pharmaceuticals (or drugs) with the capacity to operate, alternatively, as remedies or poisons, depending on the doses, the timing, the route of administration, the suitability of the person who prescribed them, the constitution of the subject being treated, among other factors.
